Art of Work was engaged by the Evolution Mining by their Mt Carlton Mine leadership team to undertake a structured approach to understanding their current current safety culture and resulting performance, and to work with a wide range of stakeholders to identify key drivers for building improved performance across the whole mine site. This was followed by the development of a Safety Performance Strategy.
