We work closely with your people at all stages of challenges – following unwanted events, when work is difficult and when work is successful.
We examine work while it is being conducted – in the field, alongside frontline staff, absorbing their point of view. We know these workers are the experts when it comes to their experiences. So we harness their perspectives to gain vital insights into transactional, behavioural and organisational conditions to improve and resolve.

Facilitating your transformation.
A Resilimap® Learning Team is designed to spark curiosity and generate evidence-based insights into work performance and capability.
We facilitate team-based learning using our Resilimap® analysis method. It’s our go-to appreciative inquiry framework for capturing and codifying narratives and yielding meaningful insights. It can be applied to different work scenarios with different end goals.
We tailor the strategies and methodologies to each organisation’s needs. It’s a choose-you-own-adventure for transformation – get started with an expert-led learning team, strategic review or our series of courses.
In partnership with the Australian Institute of Health & Safety (AIHS)
Facilitators who successfully complete the respective stages of the training will receive certification from Art of Work and the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS). Certified participants can be listed on the Art of Work public domain list.
AIHS members will be awarded 20 CPD points

We offer the Resilimap® Learning Team courses across three levels: Explorer, Guide, and Pathfinder.
Level 1: Explorer
This one-day introductory facilitator course familiarises participants with the Resilimap® Learning Team philosophy and methods. We use experiential learning techniques to set participants up for success as facilitators within their organisation.
Level 2: Guide
After completing our Explorer course, nominated participants can continue their training with this intermediate course. An Art of Work expert will coach participants during an in-field learning team event. Soon-to-be-minted Guides will complete a draft report, which is reviewed and assessed. Those that meet the Art of Work standard will be certified as Resilimap® Learning Team – Guide Level facilitators.
Level 3: Pathfinder
This two-day advanced course is designed to train participants for post-incident learning. It delivers organisational learning with open inquiry, while meeting requirements for regulatory and legal reviews. Participants will submit a report for review and complete a competency assessment to be certified as Resilimap® Learning Team – Pathfinder Level facilitators.
AoW Certification:
Following the RLT session, course graduates will be invited to complete a draft RLT report, which will then be reviewed and assessed by an Art of Work Resilimap® Learning Team practitioner. Nominated participants that successfully demonstrate the core capabilities will then be certified as Resilimap® Learning Team - Guide and Pathfinder Level facilitators.
