Work Interaction Challenge - July to October 2021
Engaging with people to learn about safe work.
Invitation to join
There are a range of ways leaders can learn about work, in particular, discovering how risk is understood and managed, and the relationship to safe work outcomes.
The Work Interaction Challenge brings together leaders from different industry sectors to host work interactions with their team members. Each leader will be invited to host at least two work interactions per week, across the different work areas, using one of two different methods.
Each of the two Work Interaction methods is described and demonstrated in brief. The first Work Interaction method can be found in the slide and video presentation below.
Stay tuned, the second Work Interaction method will be released shortly.
Case Study
The learnings from the Challenge are de-identified, and analysed in order to learn more about what creates genuine learning and benefits for both the leaders and the people participating in Work Interactions.
The learning will be written up into a Case Study, and will be shared with those who participated in the Challenge, and with those who want to learn more about how to improve their capacity to facilitate worthwhile interactions with people who are undertaking the work.
How it works
Using your smartphone’s browser, anonymous interaction feedback is captured through a match of coloured QR codes and timestamp of submission of form entries.
Facilitators
Interaction Facilitators will be provided a link to a specific coloured form which can be accessed using their smartphone. Completing the form will take less than 60 seconds.
After submitting the form, the Interaction Facilitator will simply show their coloured QR code to the Interaction Participant, this will direct them to the participant form. This form will only take less than 60 seconds to complete as well
